In the wake of the war on Gaza, Israel’s election campaign is dominated by one single issue: Israels security.
Benyamin Netanyahu of the Likud party is seeking to garner support by vowing to topple Hamas,
Tzipi Livni, his main rival from the Kadima party, is pledging a combination of force and political initiative to achieve peace with Palestinians.
Al Jazeera’s Jonah Hull reports from Jerusalem.

So what is your proposal? I am not sure what opponents of the Nation of Israel want. They seem to just want to wipe out a people, which is murder (which Isalm and the Koran stand for). So if you had your way would you wipe out America too!? Ahmadinajad would sure like to. So Israel fights to stop terrorists from killing people, and so does the U.S.A. I stand with Israel because they enhance freedom.

I believe in a Jewish state in Palestine and I believe the Arabs of Palestine should be absorbed into the surrounding Arab States. The Palestinians have shown themselves totally incapable of self government and for the sake of the security of the region, the experiment of Palestinian self government should be aborted so the Arabs of Palestine can rejoin the civilized world as citizens of Egypt and Jordan. Egypt and Jordan can provide the Palestinians with security and material well being.

The most pro American Palestinian militias led by Mahmoud Abbas of Fatah support UNSC 242 as a temporary measure to establish the Palestinian state. Once Israeli forces are push back to the green line, then the Palestinians work for the take over of Israel proper. You know this. No Palestinian supports Israel’s right to exist. All these UN resolutions to the Palestinians are worth less than toilet paper.
